She was born August 30, 1938 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and came to this area 27 years ago from Jamestown, New York. She was employed in the retail industry and a member of the High Point Golf Club. She was a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Grace Pickering of Trenton, Georgia, Patricia & Bruce Long of Jamestown, New York and Christine & James Hawkins of Brooksville, Florida; brothers: David Lees, Bernie Lees, Leo LaPointe and Tom LaPointe; sisters: Margaret Bull, Elizabeth Bates and Mary Squires; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
