He was born August 6, 1940 in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania and came to Brooksville 20 years ago. He served in the United States Marines and worked as a generator mechanic for the United States Army Depot. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church and an avid golfer.
He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Mae M. Rowe; stepson, Robert E.R. Howell of Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Renee Bergmann of New Jersey; brothers, Donald, Elmer, Billy, and Kenny Rowe; granddaughter, Danielle.
