Born April 3, 1919 in Edenton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William & Ida Mae (Fletcher) Walsh. She worked as a switchboard operator for a manufacturing company and came to Brooksville 18 years ago from Ohio. She loved to travel and especially loved her family. She was Methodist by faith.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Anita "Madge" Friedman; brothers, Walter Walsh and Robert Walsh; and her sister, Mary Walsh-VanCamp. She is survived by her loving daughter, Ramona Whitacre of Brooksville, Florida and six grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
