Michael Lambert Korth

KORTH, Michael Lambert was born on July 2, 1949 in St. Petersburg, FL to Carl and Mariam Korth   Michael went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. He would have been 62 years young this year.   He attended the University of Florida, where he registered in its medical program, later becoming a registered nurse with a specialty in pediatric cardiology.  Private First Class E3 2ND med dispensary Michael Korth served in the United States Army. He was also a part of a select group called the camouflage Barrett.  Some of Michael's accomplishments include the bronze star with the letter "V" device, purple heart, national defense service medal, Vietnam service medal with 4 bronze service stars and many more.

He leaves behind his beautiful wife: Sandra Lee Korth, sons: Peter Korth, Billy Peterson, Eddie Peterson, and his daughters: Donna Korth- Loder and Carol Peterson.  Michael also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation for friends will be 10:30 - 11:00am, Friday April 20, 2012 at the Grace World Outreach Church where funeral services will begin at 11:00am.  Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.  Upon returning friends are invited for a time of Fellowship at the Moose Lodge on Wiscon Road in Brooksville, Florida.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to help with funeral arrangements.
