MAHONEY, Michael, age 71 of Spring Hill died Monday, June 13, 2011 at his home. He came to this area 8 years ago from his native Mahattan, NY. He was a New York City Police Officer and attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife: Joyce; sons: William & Robert Curley and Scott Petricone; daughters: Kerry Ferrara, Noelle Tiesi and Donna Napoli; brothers: John Mahoney and Kevin Brendon; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 2-4pm & 6-8pm Friday, June 17, 2011 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel where a 7pm wake service will be conducted.
