Juanita was born in Winchester, Kentucky on April 28, 1940 to Pleas Hill and Efphra Epperson. In 1963, Juanita married Oliver Hendricks in Covington, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oliver Hendricks. Juanita is survived by her children, Randall Hendricks, Mildred Snow, Ricky Hendricks, Jean Anne, and Kendall Hendricks, as well as 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
