Born November, 27, 1953 in Tampa, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of the area and a local hairdresser.
She is survived by her son: Ralph Wilson, Jr.; daughter: Mindy Belmont of Spring Hill, Florida; brother: William Franklin of Tennessee; and five grandchildren: Bryce, Charlie, Ashlynn, Troy, and Marcus.
