NELSON, Robert Peter, age 84 of Ridge Manor, FL died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at HPH Hospice in Dade City, FL. He was born in Barton, VT and came to the area 19 years ago from New Hampshire. He was a retired Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army serving in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Protestant by faith. Predeceased by brother Ronald Nelson and sister Vivian Banister, he is survived by his wife: Elizabeth G. Nelson of Ridge Manor, FL; son: Robert P. Nelson, Jr., of Greenfield, IN; daughters: Karen Megason of Archer, FL; Lynda Nelson of Barrrington, NH; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
