He was born March 4, 1938 in Buffalo, New York and came to this area 14 years ago. He worked as a supervisor for horse betting for the State of New York and was of the Roman Catholic faith.
He is preceded in death by his wife Marian. Survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Linda Phillips of East Aurora, New York, Raymond and Karen Phillips of Reno, Nevada.
