Rance was working for Tampa when I joined his shift at the treatment plant.  There were several Bobs there, so I got named New Bob, and that name has stuck for all the 20 years I was there.  He was the ringmaster of our crew and we have missed him since he became TENTMAN.  He really was a blessing to be around and I will be looking him up in Heaven someday.  XOXOX

To the Rance Family,There are no words that adequately express my sadness over the sudden death of your beloved husband/father/son/brother/best friend. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Bob over the last 12 years as our hospice coordinated its biannual Time for Remembrance ceremonies and other events. Bob was one of the nicest and most sincere people I've had the pleasure of knowing over the years. He was patient, accommodating and had a great sense of humor.
