He was born February 3, 1939 in Sackets Harbor, New York and came to Brooksville five years ago from Sebastian, Florida. He served in the United States Marine Corps and the Army National Guard. He was a carpenter by trade.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnne Clarke; his sons, Daniel Clarke of Lyman, South Carolina, Ronald T. Clarke of San Antonio, Texas, Gregg Hines and Larry Hines, both of Missouri; stepsisters, Lori LaLone, Donna Thomas and Carol Doyle, all of New York; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
