He was born November 6, 1959 in St. Petersburg, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Homosassa, Florida. He worked as a plumber and was employed by Bob Tsacrios Plumbing, Inc. He was of the Christian faith.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Donna Kennedy. He is survived by his stepson: Aaron Voll of Gulfport, Florida; stepdaughter: Alison Voll of Gulfport, Florida; sisters and brother-in-law: Debra and Jim Horton and Lorna Erland, of St. Petersburg, Florida.
