FLANNERY, William F., CW4, (Retired U.S. Army) died suddenly in Germany, January 19, 2005. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis J. Flannery. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce, sos, Patrick and John; mother, Mary V. Flannery; brothers, Robert C. Flannery and Michael T. Flannery, M.D.; sisters, Mary Carole Lynch and Jean E.
