He was born August 1, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan and came to the area 20 years ago. He was a Mutual Clerk at the Hazel Park Raceway and a member of the over 70 Softball Club in Spring Hill.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Gregory & Joanie Scott of Birmingham, Alabama, William J. Scott, Jr., "Boomer" of Spring Hill, Florida and Jeffrey & Maria Scott of Temple Terrace, Florida; daughter and son-in-law: Cynthia & Stephen Saylor of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
