MEADE, Yvonne, age 93, of Brooksville, FL, formerly of Hollywood, FL, died Saturday, April 20, 2013. She was born in Walnut Hill, IL and moved to south Florida in 1946 from New York. She married Don Meade, a professional jockey and winner of the Kentucky Derby. She was also a private pilot with security clearance for the U.S. government during World War II and a former John Powers model. She is survived by son: Dennis Lee Meade of Hollywood, FL; daughters: Deevon Quirolo of Brooksville, FL; Donna Lou Sarrett of Atlanta, GA; Desiree Barbuzon of Morriston, FL; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
