Addie Laura Walker, 60, passed away on May 3, 2023, in Brunswick, GA. Born on June 7, 1962, in Conyers, GA, Laura was the daughter of the late Louise Hardy and granddaughter of Mamie Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Melodie Beth Yuhas.
Laura loved to travel and explore new places. She was a mother to her son Travis Edwards and daughter-in-law Nicole Edwards. Laura was also a grandmother to Kayla, Caden, and Braden Edwards, all of Covington, Ga.
A private family memorial service will be done by scattering her ashes at sea on a cruise since that was one of her favorite trips to take.
