He is survived by his wife Joan Howard Manier; and daughter Cathy Manier Riddle of Johnson City, Tennessee.
Memorial service to be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Darien, Georgia.
