Barry Stuckey Morgan

Born in Brunswick, Georgia, on September 15, 1954, to Lem and Mary Morgan, Barry was a proud graduate of Glynn Academy in 1972. In 1982, he married the love of his life, Ann Morgan, and together they raised three wonderful children: Derek, Matthew, and Allie.

A third-generation owner of Morgan’s Cleaners, Barry was a respected staple of the Brunswick and Glynn County community. His dedication built a legacy that will be carried on by his surviving family members, sustaining the family business for years to come.

Outside of his professional life, Barry was a man of boundless curiosity and energy, always pursuing new passions. He became skilled in golf, guitar, shooting, boating, and fishing. To be in Barry’s presence was to share in a life that was never dull. If he wasn’t filling the room with laughter, he was filling it with music.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Ann Morgan; his children, Derek Morgan, Matthew Morgan, and Allie Morgan; and his cherished grandchildren, Anaston Morgan, Tristan Garren, and Olivia Garren.

Barry is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Lem T. Morgan III.

The family invites friends and community members to a service celebrating Barry’s life on Thursday, January 22nd, at Edo Miller Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am.
