Claudie Jones age 98, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Sears Manor in Brunswick. Claudie was born on May 10, 1916, in Wayne County, GA. She lived most of her life in Brunswick. She was preceded in death by her husband William Louis Jones in 1955. Others awaiting her in heaven are a granddaughter, three grandsons, a great grandson and great granddaughter.
Survivors include a sister, Janette Clark; two daughters, Shirley Ann Lokey of Brunswick and Alice Gale Anderson (Glen) of Yulee, FL; a son Harold Wilson (Bo) Jones (Thelma Gene - TJ ) of Brunswick; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday November 11, 2014, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th at 2:00 pm at Palmetto Cemetery with Reverend Jimmy Crandall officiating.
