Daniel Lee Gilliam

Daniel Lee Gilliam, passed away Wednesday evening the 12th of April 2017 at the age 30. He is a life long native of Brunswick, Georgia, born the 1st of September 1986, son of Donna Jean Lane, and Mickey Gilliam

Those who knew and loved Daniel will remember him for his avid passion, for fishing, spending time with his family. He always had a smile, and singing showing the sign of happiness. He would go out of his way to do anything for any one. Daniel was of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Gene Coston. Survived by his mother Donna Jean Lane of Brunswick, GA; father Mickey Gilliam of Orange Park, FL; three children Ethan and Leighla Gilliam both of Hortense, GA, and Paislee Gilliam of Hortense, GA; sister Jessica Barker of Waynesville, GA; brother Mike Gilliam of Brunswick, GA; maternal grandparents Ineva and Dennis Hand of Brunswick, GA; maternal step – grandmother Ann Coston of St. Simons Island, GA; aunt Patricia McCann of Hortense, GA; and several other family members.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six until eight o'clock in the evening on Monday, the 17th of April 2017, in the Brunswick – McIntosh Room at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, 3321 Glynn Ave., Brunswick, GA.

A private family memorial service was held on Easter Sunday, the 16th of April 2017.
