David Allen Copeland

David was born February 25, 1974. He grew up in Brunswick, attended St. Francis Xavier Academy and graduated from Glynn Academy in 1992. David earned a technical degree and an accounting degree from Brunswick Junior College.

In 1993 he married his high school sweetheart, April Kennedy, and the couple moved to Camden county.

David was a member of Bay Harbour Church of God for almost 20 years. He was a faithful care leader and offered words of encouragement to others. He also worked on the media productions team with other members of the Church, including his son.

David is survived by his wife, April and their three children; Allen, Jennifer and Zachary; his father, Emery "Ed" Copeland; his mother Elinor Copeland Canady; brother, Barry Copeland and his wife, Andrea; two nieces, three nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He will be missed!

Visitation will be held Thursday evening, June 16, 2022, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Bay Harbour Church of God, 3210 Us Highway 82, Brunswick, Georgia 31523, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 PM.

David's memorialization is by cremation, and the family suggests those wishing to send plants consider sending potted plants, making donations to the family or to Bay Harbour Church Media Productions.
