

Dennis was a hardworking man who dedicated much of his career to Poppell and Eller Construction. He was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
In his free time, Dennis enjoyed working on cars, caring for animals, and spending cherished moments with his grandchildren, who brought him endless joy. He was happiest when surrounded by family, sharing laughter and making memories.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Westbrooks; his mother, Willie Mae Westbrooks; six brothers; and one sister.
Dennis leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Frances Christine Westbrooks; his son, Travis Westbrooks; his daughter, Sonya McGee; his stepson, Boogie Sanders; his stepdaughter, Brandy Huff; his grandchildren, Jacob McGee, Chasidy Sanders, Hayden Coverdale, Elijah Sanders, Cierra Huff, Tegan Huff, and Joseph Huff; and one great-grandchild, Ulani Parker. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Family Life Church, 601 Old Jesup Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
Dennis will be remembered for his love of family, his gentle spirit, and the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
