

Paul Manning, 63, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, formerly of Brunswick, died Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Baptist Beaches Hospital in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, November 13, 2010 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with
Rev. Bobby Miller of Tampa, FL and Ron Scarboro officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Tim Young, Chris Cathey, Eron Dorsett, Scott Diehl, Lee Moon, and Gurkan Karagul serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Campbell, Eule Jones, Sonny Ryals, Sam Pierce, Rudy Underwood, and Wayne Harper.
Born November 5, 1947 in Tampa, Florida to the late Everett and Bessie Mobley Manning, he was a retired sales representative for Standard Distributing. He was a graduate of Glynn Academy and a Navy Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Manning had been a resident of Brunswick before moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2005. Mr. Manning was an avid golfer and fisherman, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Haddon Manning, and a twin sister, Paulette Manning Butts.
Survivors include a son, Paul Manning and wife Nichole, two grandsons, Trey Manning and Luke Manning all of Jacksonville, a sister, Gwen Knight of Ft. Lauderdale, several nieces and nephews and extended family.
