Hubert Larry Davis

Hubert Larry (Buddy) Davis, 74, of Brunswick, GA passed away Tuesday afternoon, November 09, 2021. A loving father of three, he served over 20 years in the US Navy with the Seabees in 3 tours to Viet Nam then 10 years in Civil Service. He loved music and old cars, and always enjoyed visiting and spending time with family and friends Buddy was born on November 12, 1946 in Jesup, GA to the late Hubert Davis and the late Ola Davis.

In addition to Buddy’s parents he is preceded in death by his wife Salome Davis and his brother Jack Davis and his sister Joyce Barwick.

Survivors include: Buddy’s two sons and a daughter, Larry Davis (Glenda Davis) of Brunswick, GA and Billy Davis (Matthew Guilin) of Midland, NC and Cindy Davis (son Aron Silva) of Stockton, CA. along with several cousins and other loving family members and good friends.

A celebration of Buddy’s life will be held for family and friends at a later date.

In lieu of customary remembrances the family requests your contributions be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital or your favorite charity in his honor.
