Joan DeCinque Schwartz

Joan Grace DeCinque Schwartz, 68, of Brunswick, departed this life to be with our Heavenly Father Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at SGHS Brunswick Campus. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 am Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with interment following in Evergreen Cemetery.

Born January 30, 1957 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Peter L and Concetta N. DeCinque, she was retired from Hodges Management in Statesboro. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and had been a resident of Brunswick for 34 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family as well as baking and cooking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristen Marie Schwartz, and four brothers, Morris Milillo, Ronnie Milillo, Felix DeCinque and Peter DeCinque.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years Robert P. Schwartz Jr., two daughters; Janel D. Schwartz and Bobbie R. Schwartz, five (5) grandchildren; Jose Perez-Schwartz, Madison Schwartz-Davidson, Luke McDade, Brade Scott and Donovan Scott, and a brother Pasquale DeCinque, Williamstown, NJ, as well as several nieces and nephews.
