Laura Elyse Lemieux, 36, of St. Marys, GA passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015. She was born in Brunswick, GA on July 21, 1979 and had resided in Camden County for the past 36 years. Ms. Lemieux was a 1997 graduate of Camden County High School. She later graduated from the University of Phoenix receiving her B.S. in Psychology. She was an avid reader and writer. She was also very artistic and loved to draw.
Ms. Lemieux was preceded in death by her grandfather Terry O. Newman of Brunswick, Ga.
Survivors include her mother Terry Newman Clements of St. Marys, GA; her father William Clements; brother Michael Allen Clements of Atlanta, Ga; daughter Emma Joy Lemieux of St. Marys, GA ; grandmother Joyce Newman of St. Marys, GA; two aunts Carla Pace of Brunswick, GA, and Connie Boggs of South Carolina; and cousin Tracey Glass of Brunswick, GA.
A memorial service was held Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Blythe Island Baptist Church by her brother Michael A. Clements
officiating.
