

Frances Linda Manning Dadin, 72, of Brunswick, GA passed away Monday evening the 16th of December 2013 at the Hospice of the Golden Isles. Mrs. Dadin is a lifelong resident of Brunswick, GA born the 9th of June, 1941 to the late Maurine Thomas Manning and the late Ira Marvin Manning. She is a graduate of Glynn Academy and the first class to graduate from Memorial Hospital of Chatham County in 1962 where she received her Practical Nursing Degree. Mrs. Dadin was employed by Southeast Georgia Health System as a Register Nurse, and was also a Professor of Licensed Practical Nursing Program at Brunswick College from 1991 -1993. Mrs. Dadin is a member of the Northside Garden Club, Board member of the Glynn Pattton, and Glynn County PTA. She was also a member of the North Brunswick Wesleyan Church. Mrs. Dadin organized and was President of the MRC Parent Group for the Mentally- Retarded for 10 Years. She leaves behind many fond memories that will be cherished by all.
In addition to Mrs. Dadin’s parents she is preceded in death by her son Kenneth Alan Dadin, her uncle Art Manning, and her aunt Mae Kerutz.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years Julian Vernon Dadin III ; her daughter Leigh Ann Dadin both of Brunswick, GA
Family will receive friends Thursday evening the 19th of December 2013 from 6 PM – 8 PM at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 PM Friday the 20th of December 2013 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Phil Harrington and Reverend Stan Johnson officiating. Interment will follow the service in Palmetto Cemetery. Serving active pallbearers will be Greg Miller, Frank Hathway, W.E. Hunnywell , Jim Lawrence, Jack Kennedy, and Travis Latham.
