Marilyn L. Baird, 79, of Brunswick, departed this life Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Gracemore Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday, July 26, 2018 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Wright Culpepper officiating. Interment will follow at 3PM at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, Georgia.
Born July 29, 1938 in Brunswick, to the late Charles H. and Jeanette F. Crews, she attended Glynn Academy and lived most of her life in Glynn County. Mrs. Baird enjoyed arranging flowers, cake decorating and spending time with her family. She was a member of Arco Baptist Church, and The Moose Lodge. She also was a volunteer for many years at SGHS Gift Shop.
Survivors include her two children, Tina Diane Baird and Ermol Koch of Brunswick, and John Mark and Brenda Baird of Spotsylvania, VA, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and four siblings, Charlotte, Carol, Leon, and Johnny, and many nieces and nephews.
