Born February 28,1941 in Webster, Massachusetts to the late Armand Joseph and Rose S. Billings he was the owner of Bob Billings Mobile Truck Service. Mr. Billings was a US Navy Veteran and life member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 53, American Legion Post 184, and Webster Dudley Veterans Council. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage and was a diesel mechanic. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Ken Billings, and a sister Karen Billings Johnson.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Pamela S. Meinsma Billings of Brunswick, a brother, Donald J. Billings of Southbridge, MA, and a son, Raymond R. Bembenek of Webster, MA, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
