Russel Lowell McDonald

Russel L. McDonald, 78, of Brunswick, departed this life Monday, October 19, 2015 at SGHS in Brunswick. Memorial services will be held at 2PM Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Kathi Parcher , Pastor Clemente Martinez, and Pastor Bert Cramer officiating.

Born February 25, 1937 in Wenatchee, Washington to the late Keith and Juanita O. McDonald, he was a minister and enjoyed painting, fishing, carpentry, and singing. Mr. McDonald was also known for his daily meditations that he sent out through the internet. He had been a resident of Brunswick for the past 16 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Toni McDonald.

Survivors include his wife of 16 years Chandra B. Mahony of Brunswick, three sons, Charles McDonald, David McDonald, and Bruce McDonald, all of Washington, four daughters, Annette Reece, Robin Thompson, Lisa McDonald all of Washington, and Teri Tuta of Fredericksburg, VA, 3 sisters, Lois Starett, Judy Kemp, and Charlotte Summers, a brother, Gene McDonald, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
