With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Anna Maria Hahn, who left us peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the age of 93 years. Anna was born on August 12, 1932 in Nieder Thomasdorf, Czechoslovakia.
Anna is lovingly remembered by her daughter Sylvia (Keith); her son Ken (Susan); her cherished grandchildren: Kelly, Jaime (Jason), Darilyn (Derek), and Ryan; her great-grandchildren: Keegan, Mikayla, Brady, Avery and Callie; and her sister Gerlinde (Siegfried) Meder. Anna is predeceased by her beloved husband John, with whom she shared many wonderful years.
Anna loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and spent as much time as she could with them. Anna worked for many years primarily as a tailor, as well as sewing and alterations for neighbours, friends and family. Anna loved cooking and baking, gardening, going for long walks, and traveling. Anna also loved to entertain and enjoyed playing cards with friends.
Anna enjoyed life, her family and her friends and she will be greatly missed.
