Donna Joye Harbour was born on December 10, 1945, in Selkirk, Manitoba, the only child of Julie and William Donaldson. She graduated from the Winnipeg General Hospital School of Nursing in 1966 as a registered nurse. She began her dedicated career at Selkirk General Hospital from 1966 until 1972, before moving to Calgary, Alberta. There, she served at the Foothills Hospital from 1972 until her retirement in 2010.
Donna is survived by her first husband, Frank Harbour; her mother-in-law, Joyce Harbour; and her brothers-in-law, Allan Harbour and Reid Harbour.
