E. Margaret Fox passed away peacefully at the Chinook Hospice in Calgary, AB on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the age of 86 years. She is sadly missed by her husband of 59 years, Doug Fox; Children, Cathy (Marty) Fox, Margot (Trish) Fox, Doug (Helle Madsen) Fox; Grandchild Sophie Fox; brothers, John (Shirley) Grant and Alister (Sue) Grant; Sister-in-law, Joyce Grant as well as by her nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her sister Betty Tedeschini and her brother Bill Grant. Margaret’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Chinook Hospice and the staff at unit 112, Neurology, at the Foothills Hospital, including Dr. Peter Stys. A Celebration of Margaret’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta, 10531 Kingsway Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5H 4K1.
