Evelyn Green

Evelyn passed away peacefully at the Foothills Country Hospice in Okotoks, AB on Monday, November 26, 2012 at the age of 89 years. Evelyn is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Nancy Chauvin-Rivey (Andy), Carol Quast (Blaise) and Rae Collicutt (Scott); grandchildren Michelle, Steffanie, Kim, Michael, Jordan and Dana; great grandchildren Crysta, Chelsea, Breanna, Taryn, Alisha, Adam, Sienna, and Hayden. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond, in 1988; brothers Nonny and Richard; sisters Mary and Alice; sister in law Emily; grandson Donnie and great granddaughter Dannielle. Mom’s love in life was her family and the many trips she took with them. A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. The Family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to all the nurses, staff and volunteers at the Foothills Country Hospice who went above and beyond in providing exceptional care for our mother. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Evelyn Green’s name may be made directly to Foothills Country Hospice, PO Box 274 Okotoks, AB T1S 1A5.
