Frieda Wieninger

She will be lovingly remembered by husband, Erwin; her children, Heidi (Ken) Coulas, Peter (Wendy), Michael (Jennifer) and grandchildren Patrick, Matthew, Emma, Ryan, Grace and Jack. She will also be sadly missed by her sisters, Olga Engel and Mary (Dave) Sim; her brother, Fred (Val) Ritter and their families as well as numerous other family members and friends. Frieda was born in Romania and spent some time in Germany prior to immigrating to Canada in 1952. Frieda will always be remembered for her kindness, dedication to family and consideration for others.

A Celebration of Frieda’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing commencing at 9:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank the staff at Rosedale Hospice for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers and if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Rosedale Hospice, 920 7A Street N.W. Calgary, AB T2M 3J3.
