Grace Elizabeth Gedcke

GEDCKE - Grace Elizabeth (Bride) of Calgary, passed away at the Sarcee Hospice, Sunday July 10th 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Clarence Gedcke. Loving mother to the late Sharon Louise Hann and to Eleanor Ann Holland (Padgett Blair Holland) of Calgary. Dear grandmother to Todd Alexander Bemister of Calgary, Alan Walter Hann (Erin Hann) of Invermere, BC and Kenneth Warren Hann (Cheri Hann), of Windermere, BC. Loving great grandmother to 5, Jake, Luke and Angela of Windermere, BC, Breanna and Alexis of Whiterock, BC. Loving sister to Donald Bride of Elora, ON, Harry Bride (Mary-Kay Bride) of Mississauga, ON and Edith Carol Rogers (Bride) (Rev. Don Rogers) of Windsor, ON. Predeceased by brother, Lyle George Bride (Edith Bride) of Guelph ON. Grandma Grace to Emily, Hannah and Alice of Lethbride, AB. An Aunt to a great number of nieces and nephews. A great friend to many, she will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all.

A small private event will be held in BC on August 27th to celebrate her life. A further celebration of her life will take place in September in Ontario. Time, date and venue TBA. The Rev. Don Rogers officiating.
