Harvey was born and raised in Calgary. His last employment was with the city of Calgary in the assessment department.
He was a kind and gentle soul and brought a smile to everyone who knew him. He will be sadly missed by all.
Harvey is survived by his partner Tony Ries, for 43 years as well as his younger brother Greg. He is predeceased by his brother Ron and two sisters Joanne and Dianne.
As per his request there will be no funeral or service.
May he rest in peace.
