John Alfred Berringer passed away peacefully at the Care West Sarcee Hospice on December 28, 2012 at the age of 76 years. John is survived by his loving wife Wynn, and children Beverley, Jason, Julie, Ken, 6 siblings, 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and Wookey. John was predeceased by his sister Monica.
Born in London, England, John immigrated to Canada in 1967 where his career in aviation offered him the opportunity to travel the world. He joined the Masonic Fraternity in Revelstoke, B.C. in 1979 and later found Lethbridge, Alberta his home.
A Celebration of John’s Life will be held at the Masonic Hall, 315A 10th Street South in Lethbridge on Saturday January 5, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
