John Malcolm Walker

The family of John Malcolm Walker is deeply saddened to announce that John passed away peacefully at home in Calgary, AB, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the age of 67 years.

John was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his mother Doris; brother Colin; sister Gwen and brother-in-law Geoff from Australia; his two sons, Richard (Keri) and Corey (Dianey) and his grandchildren, Randy, Brady, Aimie and Dylan. John is lovingly remembered by Aggie, May, Jug, Kenny, Donna, Thyra, Sandy, Jake and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends as well as colleagues from work.

A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Burnsland Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 29 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 4N2.
