She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Helmut; children Steven, Mark (Sonja); grandchildren, Brooke, Raeanne; sister, Marlene (Rudy) Hensel as well as numerous nephews and nieces. Karin is predeceased by her parents, Michael and Helen Klippe.
A funeral service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 4 Street N.W., Calgary Alberta (Across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday February 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
The family would like to thank the palliative staff of Dulcina Hospice who cared for her and the family during her last days of life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Karin’s name to the charity of one’s choice.
