Lewiston James Olstad

The LOVE FOR LEWISTON was big, too big for words and for that we are grateful. He was small, but he was mighty. His story captured many hearts. He made others squeeze harder, love a little longer and savour moments we often wish away. Lewiston is now dancing with Jesus. He passed peacefully moments after his morning bath in his momma’s arms with his dad right beside him. Lewiston will be lovingly remembered by his dad Ronnie Olstad, mom Jessica (Janzen) Olstad, big sister Swayzie Olstad, grandparents; Natalie and the late Jimmy Olstad, Jim and Ronalee Janzen, , great grandparents; Ron and Elka Brock, Cora and Olie Olstad, Sylvia Hansen and all of his aunts, uncles and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. to honour and celebrate Lewiston’s life at First Alliance Church, 12345 - 40 Street S.E., Calgary, with a reception and light refreshments afterwards. The family would like to thank the Alberta Children's Hospital, Rotary Flames House, Unit 3, ICU, the amazing nurses and especially Dr. Mah for the incredible care, wisdom and guidance on this journey. The dance parties won’t stop. We keep dancing for Lewiston. #loveforlewiston.
