Linda Ann Rooney Halward

Linda was born in Goose Bay, Labrador and later moved to Montreal and finally to Vancouver, BC where she met her husband, Ken. They started a family and moved to Calgary, Alberta where Ken was employed in the oil and gas industry. Linda enjoyed travel whenever she could, especially to the west coast beaches and the ocean air which she always missed. Linda is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ken Halward, her two daughters, Terri Sharp (husband Keelan), and Erin Kraatz (husband Clayton), as well as 3 grandsons, Riley, Owen and Joshua and one granddaughter, Tatum. She is also survived by her brothers John, Michael, Steven and Richard and sisters Beverley, Jo-Ann, Sharon, and Sue, all living in British Columbia.

Linda's family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and staff at the Rockyview General and South Calgary Health Campus hospitals for the tremendous care given to Linda. A memorial service will be held privately at a future date.
