Sandy Armstrong passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at the age of 89 years. He was predeceased by his wife Phyllis on December 19, 2009. Sandy was born on October 18, 1926 in Pilot Mound, MB. He settled in Calgary in 1961 and made it his home. Sandy will be sadly missed by daughters Leith and Wanda (Terry) of Calgary, AB; son Bruce (Lois) of Qualicum, BC; grandchildren Emma and Shea of Qualicum, BC; and sister Mildred Battle of Vancouver, BC.
