Margaret is survived by her son Michael (Cathy), her son in law George and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret joins her husband Charles (Chuck) and daughter Janet, as well as her brothers, sisters and parents.
Margaret was born in Sentinel, Alberta and lived there until she was 6 years old, when her family moved to Stavely, Alberta. She lived in Stavely until she graduated from high school then moved to Calgary and started her family.
Margaret and Chuck were avid members of the Forest Lawn community as their kids grew up playing various community sports. Her recent passion was bingo at the Forest Heights community on Friday afternoons, where she tried for “big winnings” and had success from time to time.
Thank you to the staff of Rockyview General Hospital Unit 83 for their care and kindness to Margaret during her stay there.

A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1605-100 St SE, Calgary, Alberta.
