I never saw Pamela but heard a lot about her from her father my good old friend for 57 years, Surinder Minocha.
In my conversation with him today morning he suggested I see the obituary on the internet. I wish I saw this obituary before even though I came to know of the sad news long time ago. Let me say she was sent by God to be with our world only till he took her away back from all of us. She will be always in our prayers. God bless her soul and may she RIP.

It was always a pleasure see Pamela in the hallways of Coca-Cola.  She had a smile for you even when she was running to a meeting.  We will miss our friend and colleague very much.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Although I never spoke to Pamela, I saw her many times in the hallways at the office.  Hearing about her death was shocking and very, very sad.  

We all come into this world with a certain number of breaths, once those breaths have been exhausted, no matter how old or young you may be, it is our time to leave.  Attachment makes losing someone so close that much harder.

It was about 20 years ago that I met Pam for the first time.  I was an upset young girl that just moved to a new area when Pam came over introduced herself and became a dear friend!  

I will always remember her bubbly personality and smile. She was  a kind hearted woman that was happy to meet new people and im greatful to have called her my friend.

Although I live in Calgary, Pam was always available. She was compassionate..., when asked how she was doing, she would always turn it around and make sure she knew how I was doing instead.

I met Pam just over 2 years ago when we started the MBA program in Toronto.  She was one of those people that you first meet and instantly feel their warmth and genuinely caring nature.  I knew right away that she would be someone I could trust and be a true friend. From that day on, Pam showed me what kind of person she was: strong, smart, hard-working, encouraging, positive and loyal. She was also a fighter, someone who believed that no matter what we would get through any challenges we faced, whether in school, career, or personal lives. She was always there for her friends and I.

Pam and I grew closer over the last year as good friends.  Whenever she knew I was going through a rough time, Pam always sent a text or called me to see how I was doing - she genuinely cared for her friends well-being and no matter how busy she was, she made time to be there for support and encouragement. I also worked closely with Pam as part of many teams within our MBA program, and most recently, as teammates for our consulting course.  She was creative, dynamic, and most importantly, always 100% reliable.  Pam and I also volunteered at the Fort York Food Bank on weekends in April and May.  She was such a giving individual who loved to help those less fortunate. 

One of my fondest memories is the night she hosted a Christmas party at her new condo.  I met some of Pam's friends that night and I could see how much they all loved Pam. That night she took a picture of me and my boyfriend. I always felt that picture was special being it was our first Christmas together, but now I will cherish it even more and look at it and think of Pam. 

I have many amazing memories of Pam that I will never forget. My favorite memory is of the night Pam & I shared an "I Love Lucy" moment.  Pam gave me her couch when she was moving to her condo, and one night I went to pick it up while it was raining out.  Pam & I spent an hour cutting up garbage bags and trying to duck tape the bags all over the couch while trying to lift the thing to get every inch covered! it was one of the funniest moments I've shared with Pam. I am so grateful to have her couch - I see it as a piece of her, and am so happy to have something I see everyday that will remind me of her...

Pam was truly a beautiful woman who touched the heart of many and put a smile on the faces of everyone she knew.  I miss her so much already.  I will never forget her, and will always recall my good times with her fondly.

One word describes Pam - beautiful. A beautiful heart with a beautiful soul. She was strong, intellgent and genuine. She has touched my life and many others with her positive outlook and kindness. It is with a deep sense of sorrow that we learned of the passing of Pamela.   I had worked with Pamela when she first joined Coca-Cola and remember how diligently and with such pride she did her work.
What really impressed me though was her warmth and humanity.  She made friends easily and people came to her to chat about their problems, she willingly assisted others with their work.  
I will always remember Pamela as a special person, intelligent, bright and someone who could always bring a smile to others. All employees of the Weston Plant who knew her are deeply saddened and we offer our sincere condolences.

Dear Minocha Family,

I spent my childhood with Pam. She was my first good friend and a great companion. I remember with great fondness our walks to school and the time we spent at your house playing. She loved my mom's spagetti and I loved her mom's pizza; we often advocated for each other to get invites to dinner when we knew that was on the menu.

After you all moved we grew apart, as ten year olds do, but I have so many good memories of a childhood spent with her. I am so saddened to hear of her passing and sorry for your deep and painful loss. 

Thank you Pam, for being my first model for what a great friend should be: loyal, sincere and caring.

Pam had a graciousness and kindness about her that is unparalleled.  I had the opportunity to get to know Pam well since she moved near my house over a year ago.  We spent many hours studying and working through numerous MBA projects - one thing was always certain - Pam could always diffuse a tough situation, she could always brighten the room with her cheery demeanor, sincere smile and concern for all.  I can honestly say that getting to know Pam and how kindhearted, sweet, knowledgeable, driven and hard-working she was, makes me want to be a better person. 

Pam, there are no words to adequately describe how sorrowfully you are missed.  

I wish I could be there to pay my respects in person, but your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the opportunity to work with Pam during our MBA studies. She was a great team member. She always had great ideas and a great way of putting her ideas into words. I will miss her.

I got to know Pam through the MBA program and more specifically as part of team P4.  Pam was certainly one of the rocks in our team, always full of positive energy, bringing the group together for assignments and social gatherings.  I will cherish all the fun memories of late projects, team building exercises, presentations, exams, etc.  One of our first MBA projects was a team charter and resume – I had a chance to recently review that again and it made this event that much more real and saddening for me.  We planned for everything in order to strive to be the best team – but we never planned for how to work through something like this.  Pam was the kindest person I've met, always thinking of others first.  Pam's kindness, support and friendship left a mark on many.  Pam, you are greatly missed and certainly will not be forgotten.

While I didn't have the opportunity to work with Pam directly, she was always available for a friendly chat, warm smile, and pleasant "how are you".  She always took an interest in my work and personal life and seemed to be both genuine and sincere.  She will be missed in our MBA Class and we will all be thinking of her at graduation.

Dearest Usha: My heart is breaking for you and your family at this very sad and difficult time. 
I remember Pam from her summer student days at our lab. She was such a lovely, smart and engaging young woman. Her popularity with her peers spoke volumes about her wonderful personality and I know you were so very proud of her and her accomplishments. Working at Prov Lab gave Pam an unusual opportunity to see you as a strong contributing member of the Virology team.  Not many children get to see their parents in a different role and she was very proud of her Momma !
I will not be able to attend Pam's service but you know me Usha, and you know I will hold you in my heart and thoughts. I pray you will find strength and eventually, peace, knowing you are loved by  so many. Try to take comfort in memories of Pam and believe that the bond between mother and child is eternal.

I got to know Pam really well over the past two years, not only as a team member in our P4 MBA group but also as a good friend.

Whenever any of us were down about an exam and were sure we had failed, she was the first one to cheer us up and reassure us that we did fine.  She was always right.

I could always count on her to answer my calls or text messages when I was stressed with school work and wanted to just give up.  She'd talk me out of giving up and would encourage me to keep on working hard because it would pay off in the end.  I am confident she'll be right about this too.

She lived near me for part of the first year of the MBA program and we would often meet up at the local Aroma Espresso Bar where she introduced me to one of my now favourite drinks: Ice Lemon Mint.  It's really good and every time I order it I will always be reminded of her.

Although she was very studious and always came up with creative and innovative ideas for projects, she also placed value on our group meeting outside of the school context. She organized a lot of our team outings and I wish we could have met up more this past year when our team split up into the different MBA streams.

To her family: you raised an incredible daughter/sister/woman and I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to have known her.

Pam:  I miss you so much.  You will always be part of P4 “Under Construction: Building a Champion”!

Pam was an exemplary member of our Laurier MBA class in Toronto. We will miss her.

I was a classmate and friend of Pam's in Toronto.   We worked very closely together for almost 2 years on many projects.  Pam was not only smart and hard working, she was a delight work with and was the glue to our group of 6.  She was working so hard towards her MBA and career.    

I went through an especially difficult time last year and Pam was such a good friend and always touched base with me to make sure I was alright. 
 
Pam always brought us treats during our late night working MBA sessions and was always in such a good mood, even when we were all exhausted. 

Pam was such an amazing person, so kind and thoughtful.

I'll never forget the moment I heard that Pam passed.  I felt faint, sad and angry all at the same time.  I don't know why she had to go.  It's just not fair.  

I am coming to pay my respects in person in Calgary, but I don't know if I will have the courage to whisper these words at the funeral

Pam, I will miss you terribly and thank you for being such a good friend to me.  I'll never forget the hug we shared the last time I saw you not long ago and I really wish you could have met my son Harry.  I will think of you when he wears the adorable outfit you got him.
