Melvin and family, sorry to hear of Sandy`s passing.

I had the privilege of working with Sandy for a few years and she quickly became a valued friend.  Almost every morning we would chat and she would share stories with me about her wildlife experiences on her acreage and pond, which she loved but more often than not we would end up talking about family - the nearest and dearest thing to her heart.  I am so grateful to have had the honor of knowing Sandy and will remember and miss her always.  My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Mel, as you know, I had the good fortune three weeks ago to be able to say hello  to Sandy and give her hug while visiting a friend at the same hospital. I have always had fond memories of  Sandy  at Anderson Exploration when she was just starting in her career in land work.  She was smart, dedicated, hard working and always cheerful.  She will be missed by many of her land associates  My sincere condolences to you and your family.

We are so sorry to hear you left this earth so suddenly, Sandy.  We enjoyed the times we spent with you, especially when you visited Sandra & I in Georgetown, Ont. a few years ago.  Our sincere sympathy to Mel, Erin & Cameron, grandchildren,also Carol & Dawn.

I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Sandy directly at the beginning of my career in land.  She was a great friend and mentor, and I will miss her presence in my life but hold on to my memories of her with great fondness and appreciation.

I am saddened to hear of Sandy's passing.  We are cousins and I met her three times.  I first knew her as a teenager, then a young mother, and our last meeting about fifteen years ago.   I wish there had been more time to know her.  I know that she was successful in her career and I guess that went for her private life as a wife and mother.  I'm sorry that we will not get the chance to meet again.

I shared the same hospital room with Sandra.  We were both Landmen.  We had long talks at night.  We both claimed the same man had mentored us.  
It was sad to hear of her passing.  Will you pass on to her family my profound regrets.

I will miss Sandy. We spent a lot of hours on the road working together in Western Ontario and sharing stories about our families.
Sandy was a fiercely proud Mom, Grandma, and Wife. She was also a  passionate worker and a kind friend to me. 
You had the ability to make the best of circumstance and somehow could find a five star restaurant in the middle of nowhere. You also were a great mentor who expected the best, and rarely had to compromise to get it. I will always remember and be thankful for your help in building my career and confidence.

The Oil and Gas industry has lost a leader. Whether working with Sandy,  or negotiating on the other side of the table from Sandy- she just made you "do better"  - she will be missed by many.  My condolences to her family.
