Scott McTavish passed away peacefully on June 23, 2012 at home in Calgary at the age of 32 years. Scott is survived by his parents, Jack (John) and Heather McTavish; sister Tanya (Shawn) Creamer and nieces Peyton and Delaney Creamer; Uncle Mike Gervais and maternal grandmother Ethel Gervais. He was predeceased by his grandparents Alice and Alec McTavish and Ron Gervais.
Scott enjoyed spending time at the family cabin at Ghost Lake. He was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion #285 and Fraternal Order of Eagles 2098.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South, (at Lake Fraser Gate) Calgary on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. A reception will follow at Eagle’s Hall, 9303 – 5 Street SE.
