Sheila Margaret Berry passed away in Calgary, AB on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the age of 96 years. She was born In Weybridge, Surry, England to her parents, Thomas Leonard Jones and May (nee Kilburn). Sheila is survived by her son, Richard L. Berry; grandchildren, Keith R. Berry and Shannon R. Berry; and by her sister, Inez Martyn. She is pre-deceased by her husband, Gregory L. Berry and her son, G. Anthony Berry. Growing up in Lloydminster, SK during the depression, she was an honour student and became the town clerk during the war. After the war, Greg and Margy married and moved to Calgary, where they lived until their passing. All will remember Margy as gracious, outgoing and industrious, and a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a bridge-player, avid reader of mystery novels, cross-word wizard and a life-long fan of football and tennis. At Margy’s request there will be no formal funeral or remembrance.
