Terry shared 56 wonderful years of marriage with his wife and best friend, Louisa. Their life together was marked by love, laughter, and the beautiful family they built.
Terry was a devoted father and Opa who took enormous pride in his family. He is survived by his wife; Louisa, his children; Gregg (DonnaMarie), Kirsty (Jason), and Ryan, and his sisters; Cheryl (Brian) and Brenda (David).
He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren; Zachary, Aidan, Austin, Chloe, Collin, Aimee, Brennan, and Kaylyn. He was incredibly proud of them and cherished the time they spent together.
In retirement, Terry truly found his rhythm. He loved nothing more than travelling somewhere warm with Louisa in their motorhome, bikes in tow. They spent many happy days biking and hiking side by side.
When not camping, his weeks were filled with golf, as well as pool and darts with his “Old Guys Rule” group.
He also had a soft spot for his Camaro, chosen, as he often said, because it could fit his golf clubs in the trunk.
Terry will be remembered for his love of family, his easygoing nature, and his laugh, which could light up any room.
At Terry’s request, there will be no formal funeral service. He will be cremated, and his family will celebrate his life privately at a later date.
Though he is gone, his laughter and spirit will remain with us always.
“What do you think happens when we die? Those who love us will miss us”
