Born in Vietnam, Thu came to Canada at age 12. She attended St Bonaventure JHS, followed by Bishop Grandin HS. Most recently, she had just started year 4 of her degree program at SAIT.
Survived by her beloved Grandma and extended family in Vietnam, father Vu Anh Nguyen and her step-siblings; Damien, Kaethen and Iola, she will be very much missed.

A Time of Visitation will be held at South Calgary Funeral Centre, 12700 Macleod Trail S, on Friday, April 26 from 5:00-6:30 pm.
A Funeral Service will follow from 6:30-7:30 pm.
